Main Purpose:

- Develop the lubricants business in the Greater Buenos Aires Area (AMBA) and Buenos Aires Province.
- Wholesale (distributors)
- B2B: Direct clients
- Retail (Service Stations and/or Puma)
- B2C (retail end-users)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale / Distributors: Develop and implement an effective channel strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals. Identify and develop new prospects.

  • Service Stations: Work closely with the Retail RRCC team to develop and grow the lubricants business.

  • B2B: Develop and implement an appropriate strategy for the channel, including transport companies, industries, and public tenders. Ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals. Identify and develop new prospects.

  • B2C: Develop and implement a strategy for workshops, tire shops, spare part stores, and oil change centers.

  • Ensure compliance with commercial obligations for both the company and the clients/distributors: orders, discounts, collections, deliveries, current accounts, credit terms.

  • Propose and implement micro-marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels. Guide distributors in executing sales tactics: pricing, promotions, sales, staff incentives, etc.

  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis of the region: market research, competitor monitoring, pricing analysis, etc.

  • Lead effective customer relationships, including regular account reviews, product advice, coordination with the technical and lab teams, recruitment of new clients, and use of sales tools to improve sales per point of sale.

  • Develop and implement business plans for the assigned territory. Monitor performance and profitability across all channels: Retail (Puma service stations), B2C, B2B, and distributors. Meet channel-specific targets for volume, margin, payment terms, overdue accounts, and account application.

  • Prepare weekly reports.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Experience in the lubricants business (required)

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, or related fields

  • Knowledge of the retail, B2C, B2B, and distributor channels

  • Familiarity with market products and strategies

  • Ability to lead key economic indicators to evaluate business performance and impact on the company

  • Strong commercial competence

  • Previous experience in similar roles

  • Residence in Greater Buenos Aires (GBA)

  • Availability to travel within the region

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Advanced level of English (required)
