Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Handle and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms or verticals, analyzing key data and metrics to assess campaign performance and propose continuous improvements.
- Work with creative and media agencies to implement campaigns and media plans.
- Analyze customer behavior and various loyalty program variables to implement actions that increase program penetration, improve customer retention, and promote brand loyalty.
- Plan and execute effective promotions (discounts, giveaways, etc.) to drive sales of the company’s products and services.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships with other brands (teamworks, sponsorships, co-branding, etc.) to increase brand visibility and reach new customer segments.
- Handle and optimize the Commitment Program (communication, initiatives, training, etc.) to achieve customer experience objectives across the entire network.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- Advanced English.
- Shown experience in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to advise strategic decisions.
- Experience in crafting and implementing loyalty programs and promotions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
