Job Description
We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Officer to join our HR department, managing an international and multicultural population of about 300 collaborators. The initial employment period will be 3 months, potentially extendable.
You will be responsible for the following HR activities:
Maintain the HR database up to date and ensure accuracy in the HR system
Manage employees’ administrative records and ensure employees’ files are complete (ID documentation, contracts, amendments, etc)
Serve as a point of contact, ensuring smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries
Support onboarding and offboarding processes – preparation and filing of administrative documents and forms, profile creation, HR database entries, etc
Monitor and coordinate employees’ absences (holidays, sickness, etc)
Manage and follow up on work permit requests (EU and non-EU)
Manage family, maternity & paternity, military allowances requests as well as AVS registrations and exits
Assist in the recruitment processes when required (drafting and publishing job offers, initial screening CVs and scheduling job interviews)
Process HR invoices with accounting team
Manage and coordinate schedules for the HR department, including

Swiss HR Assistant Certificate « Certificat d'assistant-e en gestion du personnel » is a plus
5 years’ experience in a similar position
English and French fluent
Proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
