Join our team as a ETRM Project Coordinator (m/f/d) and play a key role in overseeing the implementation of the ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a major transformation in the energy sector, contributing to business alignment and operational excellence.
Primary Contact for ETRM Go-Live: Act as the main point of contact in Germany, ensuring smooth coordination of the ETRM go-live by aligning stakeholders with the Target Operating Model and project deliverables.
Business & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication of business users’ needs and ensure they are integrated into the project plan. Gain commitment from stakeholders to support the successful go-live.
Support for Technical & Main Go-Live: Assist with the preparation and execution of both the technical and the main go-live, ensuring all processes are carried out smoothly and effectively.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and presentations for the Executive Committee (ExComm) and Steering Committee (SteerCo), ensuring transparency and clear communication at all levels.
Collaborate on Transformation Solutions: Work closely with the Transformation team and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that are aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.
Cross-Project Coordination: Coordinate with other ongoing transformation projects to ensure consistency and synergies across various initiatives, fostering alignment across the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A focus on energy, finance, or project management is a plus.
Experience: First experience in project coordination, business transformation, or process optimization, preferably within the energy, technology, or consulting sectors. Familiarity with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems or similar business platforms is advantageous but not essential.
Hard Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track project performance.
Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is heavily required, as this role involves significant interaction with stakeholders in Germany.
Resilience and proactivity, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives, and deliver presentations with ease.
Eagerness to learn about ETRM systems and business transformation processes, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
