Effectively manage relationships with store operators, providing guidance and relevant information to enhance business operations.
Support staff training during scheduled visits, focusing on technical aspects such as product display, food safety, and facility cleanliness to ensure efficient teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Shown experience in business development, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
Knowledge of the service station sector and convenience store market.
Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and profitability.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Leadership and teamwork abilities in multifaceted, fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in financial and market analysis tools.
Advanced English proficiency (preferred).
Availability to travel nationwide – preferably based in Rosario.
Valid driver’s license.
