Main Purpose:

Implement commercial agreements to expand and optimize stores within service stations. Identify new business opportunities, manage strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that drive growth and profitability in the store segment. Participate in key decision-making processes and contribute to the company’s strategic planning in this area. Conduct scheduled visits to service stations to assess store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive store growth and profitability within service stations.

  • Identify market opportunities and assess their economic viability through quantitative analysis and market research.

  • Establish and handle commercial agreements with suppliers and strategic partners to optimize the product and service offering.

  • Ensure the accurate implementation of promotions, offers, and loyalty programs during routine visits to increase sales and customer traffic.

  • Analyze retail and consumer trends within service stations to anticipate market needs.

  • Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to ensure the execution of commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Effectively manage relationships with store operators, providing guidance and relevant information to enhance business operations.

  • Support staff training during scheduled visits, focusing on technical aspects such as product display, food safety, and facility cleanliness to ensure efficient teamwork.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Shown experience in business development, retail, FMCG, or related industries.

  • Knowledge of the service station sector and convenience store market.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and profitability.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.

  • Leadership and teamwork abilities in multifaceted, fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency in financial and market analysis tools.

  • Advanced English proficiency (preferred).

  • Availability to travel nationwide – preferably based in Rosario.

  • Valid driver’s license.
